HM-WAM – Concrete Cylinder Weigh and Measure Station
Designed to measure Ø100mm (4”) cylinders.
Engineered to comply with AS/NZ Standards AS1012-8 and ASTM C39/C39M-05.
Multiple Precision load cells ensure weight accuracy better than 0.2%.
Utilises edge measurement technology to minimise errors due to craters in the sample surface.
The edge measuring system includes a laser transmitter and CCD receiver, is totally digital and measurement is independent of temperature, surface texture, colour of sample or dirt on lenses.
Cylinder rests at an angle against several hardened side supports, to ensure correct positioning of the sample
Actual dimensions and weights are displayed in the HM-WAM specimen measuring station. This allows the system to operate in stand alone mode.
Set of 3 Ø100mm (4”) calibration cylinders and with a rapid “one touch” calibration procedure.
Option to allow system to operate in Stand by mode i.e.: if QC system is down, results table can be created for retrieval at a later date when QC system is available.
Flexible and simple data transfer to Quality Control management system.
Clever design using smart sensor technology and sophisticated software means the HM-WAM is field serviceable.
Ability to split screen and show both dimensions from Measuring Station and Quality Control Software (specimens for test) on one screen.
Optional Stainless Steel Stand with removable dust and grit tray, is stable and ergonomically designed to minimise fatigue and makes the work space even easier to keep clean.
